Q- Why do
my searches, with 2 or 3 different items
selected, produce fishing trips if any
of the items exist in them? (I only want the
trips with All the selected items in them)

A- To retrieve only the
trip files which contain all your selected
criteria in each of them, you must select
the "All Selected Criteria In One
Record" option on the top of the search
page.

Q- My
printer works with other programs, but when
I try to print in UFD, my fax mesage
display gets launched and nothing
happens with the printer! WHY?

A- UFD calls your
default printer to print screens. You
probably have the faxtalk set as the default
printer in error. To correct this, simply go
to the Windows Control Panel, select
PRINTERS, click on your printer, click File,
and select "set as default". This
should solve your problem!
